بموافقتك على هذه الشروط، فإنك تقر بأنك قد بلغت سن الرشد في بلد إقامتك. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الخدمة لأي شخص لأي سبب وفي أي وقت.
2. معلومات المتجر والتوثيق (Store Information & Verification):
متجر "كرافت" (Craft) هو كيان تجاري موثق رسمياً في منصة الأعمال التابعة لوزارة التجارة السعودية برقم توثيق (0000203990). نحن نلتزم بأعلى معايير الشفافية والموثوقية في تقديم المنتجات الرقمية والحلول البرمجية.
3. طبيعة المنتجات والترخيص (Nature of Products & Licensing):
نحن متخصصون في بيع الأصول الرقمية، الأدلة الإرشادية، وسكربتات الأتمتة المتقدمة تحت العلامة التجارية Automix AI.
• جميع المنتجات هي ملكية فكرية حصرية لنا.
• يحصل العميل على رخصة استخدام (شخصية أو تجارية حسب نوع المنتج)، ويُمنع منعاً باتاً إعادة توزيع أو بيع السكربتات أو الهندسة العكسية للبرمجيات.
3. نظام الاشتراكات والمدفوعات (Payments & Subscriptions):
• الوضع الحالي: نقبل حالياً الدفع عبر (مدى، فيزا، ماستركارد، Apple Pay، Google Pay) لضمان سهولة الوصول لعملائنا وحالياً نحن بانتظار اعتماد Lemon Squeezy كبائع سجل (Merchant of Record) معتمد للتعامل مع عمليات الدفع والضرائب الدولية والامتثال القانوني العالمي.
4. المنتجات والأسعار (Products and Pricing):
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو إيقاف أي منتج (بما في ذلك اشتراكات SaaS المستقبيلة) في أي وقت. الأسعار تخضع للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
5. تحديد المسؤولية (Limitation of Liability):
متجر كرافت و Automix AI غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام أدوات الأتمتة أو الأصول الرقمية الخاصة بنا.
6. القانون الواجب التطبيق (Governing Law):
تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، والأنظمة التجارية الدولية المعمول بها لدى شركاء الدفع لدينا.
7. سياسة الاستخدام العادل (Acceptable Use Policy):
يُحظر استخدام أدوات الأتمتة الخاصة بنا في أي أنشطة تخالف سياسات المنصات الخارجية أو القوانين المحلية والدولية. نحن نخلي مسؤوليتنا عن أي سوء استخدام للأدوات التقنية من قبل العميل.

Welcome to Craft. By using our website, purchasing our digital products, or joining the Automix AIwaitlist, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. General Terms:
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Store Information & Verification:
Craft is a legally registered business entity, verified by the Saudi Business Center under registration number (0000203990). We are committed to the highest standards of transparency and reliability in providing digital products and software solutions.
3. Nature of Products & Licensing:
We specialize in selling digital assets, educational guides, and advanced automation scripts under the brand Automix AI.
• All products are our exclusive intellectual property.
• Customers are granted a usage license (personal or commercial based on the product type). Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of our scripts and software is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Subscriptions:
• Current Status: We currently accept payments via (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Future Integration: We are currently awaiting approval to integrate Lemon Squeezy as our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) to handle global payments, international taxes, and global legal compliance.
5. Products and Pricing:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (including future SaaS subscriptions) at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Craft and Automix AI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our automation tools or digital assets.
7. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the international trade regulations applicable to our payment partners.
8. Acceptable Use Policy:
The use of our automation tools for any activities that violate third-party platform policies or local/international laws is strictly prohibited. We disclaim any responsibility for the misuse of our technical tools by the
customer.
