1. المنتجات الرقمية والملفات: نظراً لكون المنتجات قابلة للتحميل والاستخدام الفوري، فإن الأصل هو عدم إمكانية الاسترجاع بعد إتمام الشراء، إلا في حال وجود خلل تقني في الملف يمنع استخدامه وتم إبلاغنا به خلال 7 أيام.
2. اشتراكات Automix AI: في حال واجهت مشكلة تقنية في أدوات الأتمتة تمنعك من الاستفادة من الخدمة ولم نتمكن من حلها خلال 7 أيام عمل، يحق لك طلب استرجاع قيمة آخر دورة فوترة.
3. طريقة الاسترجاع: تتم معالجة جميع عمليات الاسترجاع عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية (أو عبر Lemon Squeezy فور تفعيله كبائع سجل معتمد).

At Craft, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and automation tools. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product is accessed or downloaded. Refunds may be granted if the file is proven to be defective and reported within 7 days.
2. Automix AI Subscriptions: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents the service from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you are eligible for a full refund of your last billing cycle.
3. Processing: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or via Lemon Squeezy once integrated as our Merchant of Record).
